This particular video talks about the United Estates of America’s jail system and how it should be reoriented into its modern society as well. Therefore, I would like you to see what I am talking about by hearing at this video and take your notes as much as you understand it; but before watching the video, you must add to your vocabulary bank these words: jail, meaningful, justice, matriarchy, tough, slavery, stare at, woods, go ahead, drop of alcohol, diseases, incarceration, be on probation, be on parole, judgment, despair, hopelessness, outcomes, treat, guilty, stunning silence, astonishing error rate, be lynched, scholar, unwilling, unconscionable, shadow, degradation, conviction, compel, willingness, unfairness, come over, bias, brave, courage, liar, overwhelmed, courthouse, argue and death penalty. (Remember, you must review every single day your vocabulary bank. Do not waste your time in hopeless activities).
During his TED talk, Bryan Stevenson discusses truths about the justice system in the United States through songs like "identity." Notes that there is a great imbalance in all the racism in the world. More specifically, a third of the African American male population in America has been incarcerated at some point in their lives. These issues are rarely discussed and need action, not argument. as the founder and executive director of the Equal Justice Initiative, Bryan Stevenson focuses on tackling the problems of poverty and injustice he defies racial discrimination in the criminal justice system in America.
ResponderBorrarIn this movie speak about of the injustice.
ResponderBorrarIn Bryan Stevenson's talk , I was shocked that most people just tried to avoid talking about the ideas of poverty and racism that are still visible in our world today. For instance, Mr. Stevenson mentioned the time he visited the court and had an argument with the judge. From this story, I realized that injustice problems may never be solved because some people do not want to address them due to the embarrassment it may bring upon the American people. However, I believe that this does not resolve any issues because the problem in the world is not mainly poverty, but this idea of injustice that needs action and not argument.

Steven Bryan talks about the justice system in the United States, and mentions that this situation is not balanced because this country not have a policy governing this situation, also mentions that the race or color is not respeted, when is involved in a criminal situation, if you're rich you have the possibility to be free, whereas if you are poor and black skin even if you're guilty you most likely to be guilty, and therefore my opinion is that to the people do not measured by skin color, or by breed that comes but rather identify for his humility as not all are equal before judging should know or investigate the person involved, as well many times they are unfairly discriminated.

Steven Bryan talks about justice exercised in the U.S. and in which the color, social class, beliefs etc. when you are involved in any trial if you are a person with money have the possibility of being free is not respected, but if you're black poor law and all this about these people and many cases is unfair
